Frequently asked questions
Can I work from XY country?
All the jobs you can find on our website are remote jobs (home office), which means that as long as you meet the requirements of the position and also the technical requirements, which include a good PC and laptop, a headset, a stable internet connection and a quiet room, you can work from any country. If our job ad was shown to you on Facebook, it means that you can work from your country.
Do you provide the equipment?
No, we do not provide equipment for new employees, which means that you must already be equipped to work from home. Our long-standing employees, who are highly valued by us, have the opportunity to purchase new equipment via bonuses or through a loan (borrowed money).
Do you offer relocation costs?
We do not offer relocation to Germany or Switzerland. We are a fully remote working company and only offer home office jobs that you can do from your country of residence.
Can I work from my cell phone?
It is not possible to work from your cell phone. You must have at least a laptop and a headset as well as a good internet connection to be able to work with us.
Do you offer health and social insurance?
As we are a fully remote working company and we recruit people from all parts of the world, we are currently unable to offer health and social insurance for our employees as we do not have offices in every country. Your position will be similar to that of a freelancer, although all our vacancies are long-term and we ensure that our employees earn enough to pay their own health and social insurance.
Can we communicate by telephone?
We do not communicate by telephone with applicants who have not previously submitted their application. Each applicant must go through a standardized selection process that begins with filling out our application form and submitting your resume and a language file if required. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be invited for a personal interview.
Why do I have to submit a language file?
For positions that involve inbound and outbound calls, we ask candidates to provide us with a short language file in German in which they introduce themselves. This helps us to assess your language level and determine which project you are best suited for. This also saves us time if there are many applications, so you will receive a response to your application more quickly.
Am I free to choose my working hours?
Even if your status is that of a freelancer and you work from home, most of the positions we offer require you to adhere to set working hours. For full-time positions, these are usually from 08:00 / 09:00 to 16:00 / 17:00 CET, where you also have a one-hour break that is not included in your working hours (not paid). For part-time work, your working hours are from 08:00 / 09:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 CET. For some project based positions or if time differences are an issue, we can agree on different working hours. Even if it is a back office position, working hours can sometimes be different.
How do I find out if my application has been accepted?
Once we have received your application, our HR managers will review it. This usually takes between 1 – 3 days (maximum 5 working days if there are many applications). Once your application has been reviewed and the response is positive, you will be contacted by our recruiters via the email you provided in the application form. The email will contain a link to a Skype group or Zoom meeting where the interview will take place. Applicants whose application has been rejected will also receive an email regarding the status of their application.
